Super star Academy has a superyacht onboard interior work experience since 2000.

We organize for your  ”in-house” interior crew training course;  3 day course on board the yacht.

The training will cover the following areas;

 Housekeeping, silver service, mixology, barista, flower arranging and cigar service, stock monitoring, storage organization, provisions, interior boss on boss off duties, winter /season job planning. Work schedules for 2 , 3, 4 or 5 stews in the interior team, communication between the service and the galley.

SoC – Super yacht Chief steward / stewardess (Certificate of Competency – Super Yacht Stewardess); pokriva sljedeća područja: (Budgeting, Interior work organization and maintenance plan “Boss off / Boss on”, on and off season, Shipyard and Newbuild work plans and procedures, Interior team various work schedules for 2 , 3 or 5 stewardess in team, MLC regulations, Work & rest hours,  proficiency level in Housekeeping, Service, Mixology, Barista, Flower arranging, Yacht work ethics and onboard interior work procedures, cigar service, provisioning, accounting.

CoC – Super Yacht  Chef Certificate of Competency – Super Yacht Stewardess); pokriva sljedeća područja: (Osnove rada u kuhinji na jahti (Boss on / Boss off cooking and meal planning procedres (crew vs. guests), Food and hygiene safety, ostala zaduženja na jahti.

CoC – Super Yacht Master Chef Certificate of Competency – Super Yacht Stewardess); pokriva sljedeća područja: (Silver service related to Chef’s operations, fine dining, international cuisine, storage organization, provision planning and onboard duties uz pratnju Michelin star Chefa Marina Rendića)
