The training course includes the following training areas;
- Housekeeping training, equipping the “newbuilts”, work schedules and work / tasks planning and delegating, budget planning, inventories & provisioning, schedules and working tasks “Boss on” or “On the season “and Boss off” or “Off the season”, preparation of the interior prior the crossing and/or the shipyard period along with the interior maintenance schedules. Preparation of the interior before the start of the season, closing and protecting the interior after the season.
- Service (silver service) training,
Mixology training,
- Cigar service,
- Wine and food pairing,
- Miscellaneous (Budget planning & executing on weekly monthly, accounting, APA, preference lists, working with other crew members, especially with the Chef, storages organization and monitoring, Crew – Guest/Owners relation codex)
To whom is it related?
To all stewards and stewardesses that want to have a Certified Training Course (according to the G.U.E.S.T. standards) and work as a professional crew onboard Super yachts, Luxury villas and resorts, Royal palaces – worldwide.
After successful completion of the 4-day course, we offer crewing assistance in finding the right position / employment onboard the Super yachts or land based positions, such as in the Royal palaces or Luxury villas and resorts.
The detailed program will be provided upon the request.
Where and when it will take place?
In Croatia, near capital city – Zagreb, at “Villa Zelenjak” (www.zelenjak.com)
The transportation will be organized in order to pick you up from the “pick up” point in Zagreb, as well as the return to Zagreb.
The course is planned from 6th of April to 11th of April, 2025, as follows;
6th of April – arrival/check in to the villa from Zagreb in the late afternoon hours, dinner
7th of April – first day/start of the course, 3 meals provided
8th of April – second day of the course, 3 meals provided
9th of April – third day of the course, 3 meals provided
10th of April – fourth day – general course training & preparation for the VIP cocktail time and the dinner service.
Certificates distribution, 3 meals provided.
11th of April – fifth / last day of the course, departure to Zagreb / check out from the villa after the breakfast, by 11 a.m.
The price of the course per person is 1.400,00 EUR that includes a bedroom, 3 meals/per day, course materials and cigar and beverage needed for the training purposes, certificate, along with the transportation from and to Zagreb.
Early bookings – confirmed by 28th of March, will be given 100,00 EUR discount!
If there is more than one person attending the course from the same organization, the price will be negotiated separately by given special official offer
